We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the service: your email address (for plan delivery and payment confirmation), as well as the configuration parameters you enter in the form (language, audience, goal, tone, stance, theme). We do not collect any sensitive data.

Your data is used exclusively to: generate your personalised LinkedIn content plan, send you your plan by email, process your payment via Stripe, and contact you in the event of a technical issue with your order.
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract (delivery of the purchased service) and your explicit consent given when accepting the terms and conditions.
5. Retention Period
Your data is retained for a period of 3 years from your purchase, in accordance with legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting and contractual data.

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. It is only transmitted to our technical subcontractors necessary for the operation of the service: Stripe (payment), Anthropic (AI content generation), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting). These providers are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
